Once again this place let us down, me and my daughter are anaphylaxis to tomatoes and told them multiple times. They bring a salad out with tomato. I ask politely if we can have one with no tomatoes and nope they wouldn't do it and my daughter was up set as she loves salad. I didn't enjoy this place at all, rude staff, food not great. Great facility for big events. The food was excellent. We know often with big catering events - the food can leave a lot to be desired but this place was amazing. Every dish was warm, well cooked, flavourful and delicious. The menu options were appealing. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were quick, helpful without hovering. Great night. Would book my event here again without question.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Alencia. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make sure every detail was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they truly made us feel valued and supported throughout the entire process.
