De Alena is a very kind person, easy to talk with her, she answered all my questions.
Staff is extremely pleasant and competent. Dr. Polesin addressed my pain and set up a plan for further treatment/diagnosis.
Been with Dr Polesin probably over 20 yrs. She always figures out whats wrong with my back or pain. She magically resolved mt Achiles Tendon painfull experience in no time. She is Magic!!!!
I think Dr Polesin deserves a lot of praise for how she runs her office and how professional she is and willing to help. I might be biased because I came on a referral from a friend, but I drove 1.5 hours one way from Queens to visit, and I returned and plan to return if I need in the future. Because Dr Polesin knows what she is doing and is flexible in her approach.
