Rude behaviour , don’t wanna spend money here
The worst place it’s like they don’t trust their customer when they walk in they give the worst look and judge you I felt uncomfortable going there never again I don’t recommend this place at alll don’t waste your money here
Horrible craftsmanship & RUDE customer service. I originally purchased a ring from them & the diamond fell out TWICE within a few months of owning it. They refused to fix it & it wasn’t cheap. I want to support local businesses but not with this quality. I have items from Cartier & Van Cleef and even for just a $2000 ring, they will provide me with great service for life & staff are always polite & courteous.
