I've had these air purifiers for years. Just found out you no longer sell the pre filters . These purifiers are now obsolete for me !!! I am not purchasing a whole new filter every 6 months because they are way too expensive !!! I don't think you even care about customers needs !!!

I have had an Alen air purifier for a couple of years. I started off with their basic filter and that seems to work well. We have three dogs and sometimes the house can start to smell so we upgraded to a carbon filter. We got our latest carbon filter a couple of months ago. Since then we have noticed black dust around the house and our HVAC filter is black. I bought a couple of high end Alen Air purifiers for my home. I am highly sensitive, and found myself not turning them on because the noise disturbed me.
