I arranged my day around the time she would be arriving, spending most of the day organizing the house for the deep cleaning. 15 min past 4:30pm, I text her in order to find out if she was on her way and what was her new ETA. To even post a rating of one star is pathetic. This entire company is a farse. Absolutely rude horrible people. I have filed termination paperwork with Amazon to remove them as a provider. Their one positive review is from an employee. Stay far away from this company and Amanda who runs it. They said my 1900 square foot home didn't qualify for an Amazon service between 1500-2000 square feet. They said they called me and they never did. They are awful. BOO! The BBB should shut them down.
