I can't recommend AL&EM enough! My partner and I had an amazing time working with them to design a custom engagement ring <3 They helped us customize the experience as we had an initial consultation together so I could share ideas and give any opinions, and then my fiancé collaborated on the rest of the process with Alex to design the ring with our heirloom diamond! Alex (& Emily) are consistently great to work with. I love their permanent jewelry and that they can always repair my jewelry or add a charm if I’m looking to change up an existing piece! I’ve always been a fan and I don’t think that will ever change!
