Totally disappointed with the customer service. The product I purchased arrived incorrect. I notified them right away and they asked for photos as proof, which I sent immediately. It has now been three days since my last message and I have received no response. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially since this is directly affecting my work. Aleks, runs his business, Alekshop: Seller packed the item poorly cramming a $6k racing seat into a used seat box too small for the item. Did not ship it in 2 boxes like he said he would. During shipping It wore through the box damaging the seat fabric. Also packed a 10 lb metal seat bracket inside the box which damaged/gashed the fabric. Refuses to accept any responsibility. Ordered a Manthey Racing from tow strap from them in mid April. It was never showing out of stock or not ready to shipped so I assumed it was ready to ship. Called them a week after I placed the order and they told me they are expecting to receive that item within the week or early following week. Ok, no big deal. Another 2 weeks later, still no updates at all. Try to call and email them, both got no response at all. Very dishonest business and horrible customer service. Missed commitments, week after week. Did not communicate at all, I had to call every time. Ended up doing almost no work on the car in well over a month with nothing fixed and very little investigated.
Got a set of brake ducts off their website. It was my fault that I missed the delivery twice. I asked to ship it back to me and I will pay for shipping again. I emailed multiple times and I even called. Still no response and no nothing. Is it that hard to do business? Very disappointing… such a simple thing to do and yet you have all these time to post on instagram about your stuff… I’m still waiting for your email FYI.
