Ordered a Manthey Racing from tow strap from them in mid April. It was never showing out of stock or not ready to shipped so I assumed it was ready to ship. Called them a week after I placed the order and they told me they are expecting to receive that item within the week or early following week. Ok, no big deal. Missed commitments, week after week. Did not communicate at all, I had to call every time. Ended up doing almost no work on the car in well over a month with nothing fixed and very little investigated.
Got a set of brake ducts off their website. It was my fault that I missed the delivery twice. I asked to ship it back to me and I will pay for shipping again. I emailed multiple times and I even called. Still no response and no nothing. Is it that hard to do business? Very disappointing… such a simple thing to do and yet you have all these time to post on instagram about your stuff… I’m still waiting for your email FYI.
