Very quick to get into office and be seen. Attentive and very well informed. Helpful with some issues we have been having
Staff is great, office is clean, doctor doesnt actually EVER touch the patient and is sometimes friendly and sometimes not at all. Great office if all you want is an insurance referral to a specialist, not so much if you'd like actual care.
This doctor was my family doctor for several years, and was completely useless in most situations. When I told this "doctor" that I was worried I had my mother's thyroid condition, she told me to use VASEILNE on my dry skin and just ignore my symptoms. The final straw was when this "doctor" fatshamed my teenager and proudly told him that he was "drug seeking" when he asked her about ADHD medication. She looked down on my son because he asked her for help. We are no longer with her practice.

I was tested positive for Covid. I have a fever, cough and extreme fatigue. I called the office and was told the office doesn’t treat Covid cases. I asked for guidance and was given none… amazed that I wasn’t given any helpful hints for all my symptoms…why have a primary care doctor if they can’t or won’t help you when you are sick???
Dr. Clayton is such a wonderful, kind, and detailed doctor. She truly seems to enjoy helping and talking with her patients, and making sure all of their questions are answered, and their health concerns are taken care of. She never rushes her patients nor does she push unnecessary medications nor treatments. If there's ever anything she does not know, she will go out of her way to find out the answer for her patients. Dr Clayton was very thorough in reviewing all of my records since I am a new patient at her office. She handled all of my prescription ordering. The staff was very friendly and I was very pleased with the short wait time.
Needed a COVID referral and Dr. Clayton refused to provide.
