Dr. Alexander Smith is a very good ENT Doctor and his physicians assistant Katie Thomas is very knowledgeable and they answer any questions you might have . The staff is great and helps anyway they can , one staff member our boys played baseball in school very knowledgeable and helpful 100% , also myself and my father in-law see Katie Thomas and Alexander Smith . If anyone on the Baptist Health Hardin board knows the quality of this group please keep them all in our area ! Thank you , David Butler

Amazing experience for my little girl. Had her tonsils removed and he was very tentative and was there for any questions both before and after surgery. Even called from his personal phone hours after surgery to make sure she was still ok. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
Dr Smith take good care of me. Even I don’t know what going on or something new Dr Smith will not stop until he find the issues. Very professional with the patients.
