35 park avenue is the worst building in the world. Save your money this place was made very poorly they have bad manegement I would not even give 35 park ave 1 star they definitely don’t deserve it . They are racist the supervisor told me I don’t deserve to live there there s a lot discriminations over there .I advise everyone don’t go waste your money there you would regret it they only care about money not about people that’s why they don’t even have a super because they don’t treat people well .
