35 park avenue is the worst building in the world. Save your money this place was made very poorly they have bad manegement I would not even give 35 park ave 1 star they definitely don’t deserve it . They are racist the supervisor told me I don’t deserve to live there there s a lot discriminations over there .I advise everyone don’t go waste your money there you would regret it they only care about money not about people that’s why they don’t even have a super because they don’t treat people well .
Worst place i have ever lived. Management is EXTREMELY rude, (specially Ron and Randy) I’m moving out simply because of how rude and hard to deal with they are. We are not the only onces who have made the decision to leave due to this reason either. If you live there and they dont like you, they’ll try to get you out. I have already spoken to corporate regarding the matter, they are just a nasty group to have managing such a nice property. They will lose business just because of the property manager alone.
