Doctor did surgeries and went well on 3/2022. But since then I'm been having UTI every month. He did not want to continue helping on recurring infections. He just send me prescriptions only, he said he will not see me after my 6th UTI, and I was already on my 5th one. It was not normal, to me he does not cares. Make sure your insurance is in network; I still getting invoices since 1 year ago. Personal is hard to communicate, they hardly call you back. Now 2023 still looking for a good Urologist to help with my recurring UTI.
Staff is cold, uncaring. They need to be reminded that patients have the power to hire and fire. Doctor’s bedside manner needs Improvement
