He is the most genuine doctor I’ve ever encountered. He is very knowledgeable and does what he can in the office before referring patients out to specialists. My kids have been going to him for 15 and 10 years now, we also live 45 minutes away but do not mind the drive for any appointments. The office staff is great as well, they are helpful and patient. Dr. Alejandro is the best there is, he listens, is concerned with your concerns, does diligent work at finding root issues and rules out with referrals to specialist when needed. He has my pediatrician since I moved to California in my teens and my sister's as well. He was funny, charismatic and attentive. Once I started my own family I never hesitated to have him care for my daughters now 13 and 16. He has served and cared for my family for more than 20 years now and we couldn't be happier. He is a very good Doctor.
The doctors really take care are of you .. They are very good at what they do . THE STAFF IN THE FRONT IS HORRIBLE . They constantly make mistakes . The last time my husband went for my sons shots and they told him he could not be seen apparently someone made a mistake. We lost our day at work for nothing . Now my son is behind on his shots and its hard for us to ask any day off . They don't don't know what they're doing , so unprofessional .
I GIVE 3 STARS BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH THE DOCTOR HIMSELF IS A GREAT DOCTOR, HE IS NEVER THERE!! IT IS ALWAYS A P.A. OR STUDENT MD SEEING MY CHILD. THE FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST IS GREAT AND ONLY 2 OF THE MA'S ARE GREAT. THE OLDER ONES ARE VERY RUDE!!
The best Pediatrician ever.
Dr. Alejandro is great from delivery through regular appointments, and has excellent referral sources for specialties if you need. From Jaundice to measles to eczema he knows his stuff!!! Highly recommend him as a Pediatrician. Staff is always available by phone, appointments are quick, and on call services are even prompt if needed after hours.
