My appointment was at 10:10 with Dr. Miranda-Sousa. Was told to arrive 30 minutes early. I arrived at 9:45 (5 minutes later than when I was told to arrive). I checked in and was told to have a seat. Why did I need to arrive 30 minutes early??? I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before someone called me in. Someone took my vitals and told me "a provider will be with your shortly". Pleasant Dr. and assistants.
The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because I’ve had long waits at the office in the past. Lately it’s not been an issue. The staff and Drs are great.
