Receptionist sounded disorganized over the phone. He also spoke quietly so it was hard to understand him. I went to the appointment anyway figuring the dentist would be better and was left disappointed The office itself appeared clean, however they didn't follow any of the standard covid guidelines. No masks, no hand sanitizer available, no temperature checks, etc. I know restrictions are being lifted due to the vaccines being out. Made my 4 year old son comfortable for his first cleaning. Was very professional and very nice. Thorough cleaning job on myself as well. I haven't been to a dentist in 2 years so I was happy with the service my son and I received.
The front desk is AWFUL. They go days without answering the phone and they NEVER return calls. They have canceled on me twice with less than an hour before my appointment.
Unbelievably terrible. Incompetent and careless. Cannot keep appointments, cannot file paperwork properly, cannot contact and submit proper paperwork to insurance, does poor job with services. Unfriendly atmosphere. Avoid.
