Dr. Plan is both knowledgeable and caring about a person's well-being and overall health.
I had to reschedule my appointment twice because I have to take care of my 95 yr old mother. When n I called the third time the woman told me real quick that it couldn't b rescheduled again... I called about 10 days before the appointment. With a sick 95 yr old mom ur schedule can change quickly from day to day. I told the lady to forget the appointment n that I was sorry for any in convenience I had caused n that maybe I could a clinic with more empathy. Hope her mom is doing well.
