If I could give zero stars I would. I had scheduled a viewing of an apartment with Jason Cooper. The day of the viewing he asked if he could push it 30 minutes back, which I agreed to. Once I got there and was looking at the apartment he tried to speed me through looking at the place. After HE pushed the meeting back! Although Jason was horrible, I really liked the apartment (there was no broker's fee) and proceeded in putting a deposit down to hold it for me.
