Dr Suzuki is amazing! She is not the run of the mill psychiatrist. She goes out of her way to help you in your mental health journey. She doesn’t treat you like a bottle of medicine- Like other providers, I have experienced. All of the staff are very empathetic and kind, and even her dog is a bonus in the office:-)

Alejandra Suzuki is the sweetest most compassionate psychiatrist I have ever had in my entire life. She listens to my concerns, spends more time with me than any psychiatrist I have seen in decades. They all want you in and out in 5 minutes. I have been her patient for 4 years now and I will continue to see her until I am healed. The staff go above and beyond to make sure the patients are looked after. Thank you Nao and Joanna for all your help.

Extremely disappointing experience. What bothered me most was not the long wait. It was the complete lack of reliable communication. I contacted this office months in advance and was under the impression that an appointment had been scheduled. After waiting all that time, I called again and was suddenly told there was no appointment on the books. If I could give zero stars, I would. Getting an appointment with this office was an absolute nightmare. I called months ago and was told I had an appointment. After waiting all this time, I called to confirm, only to be told I was never scheduled. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the staff told me they first needed copies of both parents’ IDs, something that was never mentioned during my original call. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other parents deserve to know what they may experience. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a medical office. Months ago, I called to schedule an appointment for my child. I was told that we had an appointment.
