Worst experience I’ve had with a doctor ever I went in as a new patient of her and by the end of my appointment I was at the front desk telling them I don’t ever want to be scheduled with her again. I went in with a skin rash and was told it was eczema which I knew it wasn’t and told her specifically what it was and she argued with me that it wasn’t well I went to a dermatologist just to get told it was exactly what I was telling her it was. Dr. Roa is such a a good caring person. She is a very thorough doctor, great with my mother. Dr. Roa does have an accent, but she slows down and Mom can understand her. We love her.
We chose Dr Rosa to see our adult daughter w cerebral palsy. She has been awesome. She listens. She is super attentive. She is easy to access for assistance w medical orders. Highly recommend.
I wish I could rate her zero stars. She willfully put wrong information in my medical record more then one time, lying about why I needed birth control which prevented me from getting it. I needed it to prevent potentially life threatening complications from a blood clot. It's a long story but I'm sharing the specifics for perspective. She is rude and unprofessional and doesn't seem to understand what she is being told or maybe just doesn't care.
