I unfortunately will be switching doctors - Dr Rodriguez is beyond wonderful - passionate and caring. The staff is absolutely a nightmare however. I found out I had a cost involved with a new prescription when I went to pick it up. I was confused as I am maximum out of pocket and everything should be no cost, unless prescription is not covered. I called Dr Rodriguez office to have them check and prescription changed to something my insurance covers - I was told by a tech AND a nurse that they don’t do that. It is patients re... read more

I have been to several other doctors and Dr. Rodriguez is very knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner, and genuinely cares for her patients. I am very happy to have found her locally here in the Rockford, IL region. I would highly recommend her for all your endocrinology needs.
