Great and super friendly doctor, he took his time with my mother to diagnose her symptoms properly.
I would give the staff when calling a 2.5 out of 5. Being on hold with this office and a greater than 10 minutes. I called with a medication question, was on hold for 10-15 minutes and then got transferred to the medical assistant was forced to leave a voicemail. When I called back I was told the medical assistant has 24-48 hours to call back. I guess I am forced to do research on these steroid injections from scratch. I’m very disappointed with Dr Galey at this office. A CT scan was done for my lungs. No one called about the results 10 days later I call to find out. And I was told I need to make a appointment to get my results. Time to find a new Pulmonary Doctor.
