Our recent trip to SF and Napa Pep at Allegro Private Tours was a joy to work with. We planned our trip and tours for months before our trip and she always responded promptly with wonderful ideas for our trip. We had educational, fun tours of San Francisco and Napa Valley. She was organized. Our Napa tour had 12 people and she accomodated all of us with grace and fun. She is very knowledgable about the wine industry and the Vineyards to visit. We all enjoyed the trip and Pep tremendously.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH VIATOR and ALEGRO SAN FRANCISO!!! Avoid Alegro and Viator or will have ruined plans and no compensation for disrespect, unethical behaviour, unprofessional staff!!! Viator took my money in advance for a private day tour with Alegro and: 1. did not inform me officially at all about the fact that the tour would not take place.
