I found my interaction with this office to be unprofessional. During a business related conversation, I was repeatedly addressed as “my love” and “my heart” rather than by my name, despite my name being known. I believe professional communication should remain respectful and appropriate in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, this interaction did not meet that standard.
Horrible. They constantly change doctors & managers, most of the staff don't know what they're doing. The gynecologist, who's only available on Thursdays, didn't even order the birth control for my daughter we've been waiting 2 months for. I've been tolerating this place for over 2 years because it's walking distance from my house, but after countless rude doctors, clueless doctors, clueless nurses & rude staff members, on top of the gaslighting, etc., I would rather travel across the borough to a decent doctor office that a... read more
Honestly the most horrible place ever. After my appointment today I will be changing. I don't recommend coming here at all
They are kind and respond quickly with the doctor providing exelent service.
My experience today was great, the Dr was very helpful and diligent about my concerns, the girl at the front was very kind and friendly she desk helps me to make my appointment thank you so much I’m very satisfied with my visit today i highly recommend this Dr. office
