Horrible and the office is rude and they all are racist to white people
Worst place I've lived in. Office staff were terrible after being bought out. AC went out in the middle of summer. The staff refused to have it fixed, and refused to refill the chemical solution the AC needed to operate. They close the pool down for months every year for various reasons. Some real, some made up. A few times they would close it down because tenants children were throwing rocks in the pool, but would not evict the the tenants. This continued for months. management does a good job on most things. But parking just isn't enforced at all. We pay for 1 covered parking spot, yet our neighbors park multiple cars under the covered parking when they are only supposed to park one car there period. And management doesn't care. It's very upsetting that there is only one van accessible parking spot, and it's absolutely infuriating that they let residents take up parking they are not paying for. I wish management would do something about the homeless people walking around the complex, they go through the trash and dump trash everywhere. Other than that, it's quiet and you occasionally hear some nutjob speeding by the side street.
management continues to do a great job. Had AC issues and they brought portable AC's and got it fixed. Great job responding Dean. Thanks.
