I have enjoyed living at Capistrano. The community is calm, clean, and in a beautiful area close to campus. The office team has been easy to communicate with and responsive whenever issues come up. I also appreciate their cooperation and support. I would recommend Capistrano to both students and non-students who are looking for a comfortable place to live.
I lived here for about a year and had a really positive experience overall. The leasing office staff are excellent. They’re friendly, helpful, understanding, and quick to respond whenever I had any concerns or questions. Maintenance issues were handled promptly in most cases, and I truly have no major complaints about the management or day-to-day living. Amenities like the pool are well-maintained and enjoyable. Longer post BUT please read: Living here has been an overall positive experience. Like many apartment communities, there have been some challenges at times utilities such as water, electricity, or AC/heating have been shut off with shorter notice than I would have preferred, and there have been occasional issues related to homelessness in the surrounding area.
