I lived here for about a year and had a really positive experience overall. The leasing office staff are excellent. They’re friendly, helpful, understanding, and quick to respond whenever I had any concerns or questions. Maintenance issues were handled promptly in most cases, and I truly have no major complaints about the management or day-to-day living. Amenities like the pool are well-maintained and enjoyable. Longer post BUT please read: Living here has been an overall positive experience. Like many apartment communities, there have been some challenges at times utilities such as water, electricity, or AC/heating have been shut off with shorter notice than I would have preferred, and there have been occasional issues related to homelessness in the surrounding area. Despite the rent going up most of the 10 years that I have lived here at Capistrano Apts., The maintenance has improved immensely since Carlos has been here. He is prompt, efficient and cordial and he is thoroughly qualified to repair anything. Thanks also to Georgia the property manager.
