I continually have issues with caregivers arriving up to a half hour late or calling out after their start time. Alegre seems to make no effort to find a replacement. I do not recommend Alegre if you're dependant on care.

Alegre is a company that i must say i appreciate and enjoy being able to say i work for. The in office staff are very responsive and understanding as well as accommodating. I know that I can call lina or Katherine about ny schedule or state requirements and my questions will be answered to best of their ability. And Corey handles any situations, concerns or ect as swiftly and professional as she is able. Even many of the fellow caregivers are amazing. We used Alegre Home Care for my mother-in-law. Even though we used Alegre for a short time before my mother-in-law passed they were excellent and very compassionate to the clients needs and the family members needs as well. They sent over wonderful caregivers with excellent experience to care for my mother-in-law in her last days. The office staff was very efficient and knowledgeable and made the experience very easy and stress free.

This place is horrible about returning phone calls! Also if a caregiver calls out they won't bother to call you and if you call them, they get you someone at the last minute! By that time you already have a back up plan!
