My mother-in-law receives personal care services to help her stay in her own home. Her caregiver is wonderful and has ensures her environment is safe. We are very pleased, as is she.
I have been working with Alegre Home Care for over five years and it has been an excellent opportunity for me. I have excelled in my skills. I have direct communication with my supervisor and I love the clients that I get referred.
I have been with Alegra Since fall of 2019, I have had a wonderful experience with them, they create a wonderful work life balance they have terrific clients and my supervisor has always been responsive and made my career with Alegra a very pleasurable one. I highly recommend working with and for Alegra.
I continually have issues with caregivers arriving up to a half hour late or calling out after their start time. Alegre seems to make no effort to find a replacement. I do not recommend Alegre if you're dependant on care.
Alegre is a company that i must say i appreciate and enjoy being able to say i work for. The in office staff are very responsive and understanding as well as accommodating. I know that I can call lina or Katherine about ny schedule or state requirements and my questions will be answered to best of their ability. And Corey handles any situations, concerns or ect as swiftly and professional as she is able. Even many of the fellow caregivers are amazing.
