We had a 3 day reservation booked a few weeks in advance with Joanna, and 20 hours before we needed care they canceled on us and didn’t find us a replacement. We were counting on their care and this cost us money (in cancelation fees for other events) and stress. Very frustrated with the lack of service.
They sent us a babysitter as a back up since our nanny was not available for a day. baby sitter's name was ''Elizabeth ''. she came to our house and said she worked with a 5 months old infant before and that baby got fussy. She seemed very uncomfortable when she saw our 6 month old baby even though she knew that she supposed to take care of an infant. then she started asking about if she could leave early. she asked us to take the baby because she wanted to make phone calls!! She constantly interrupted us while we were in ou... read more

I work for the San Mateo Office. I have been working in health care for 11 years and am a CNA. 1) Both Sophia and Rose go out of their way to be supportive and empathetic. They are organized, professional, supportive of all rules and regulations, and truly care about what they do. I have never worked for such a caring staff. Their Clients are their number one priority. 2) As an employee- if you are not working for this company- YOU SHOULD BE!
