As an out of state seller, having Alees Magzanian-Poulakis as our realtor was the best decision for our family. Updating my review because I used Alees for another transaction this time as a sellers agent: First, she is extremely professional and easy to deal with, and most importantly communicates well in a timely manner. Her market analysis was spot on and very thorough, which gave me total confidence.
