Doctor is unprofessional, but the office staff and nurse were lovely. A patient should not leave feeling reprimanded for attending to their health. Patronizing, ridiculed me, condescending, dismissive, defensive, and, argumentative. From start to finish, my experience was uncomfortable. It was all very strange and I left confused. Needless to say, I will not be scheduling to undergo anesthesia under his care.
I met Dr Ali, Levi and Sarah after being admitted to hospital recently. They were all very professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable in their care.
