Excellent all women's gym. The instructors are phenomenal I've been attending for 4 weeks and I've dropped 2 sizes.The atmosphere is great all the women arewelcoming and webecome a family. Something that the instructor went above they provided Donner for all us after the workout..no instructors that I've had has ever done that..that was thoughtful on her behalf .I really enjoy the workouts and the ladies that are attending with. Me,!!! ded healthy dinner for us after the Valentine's day workout
