Since I have made the VA my primary medical provider, have had nothing but positive encounters, responding, and excellent medical care from these fine medical establishment. Will choose no other. Thank you VA and all the staff for meeting all my medical needs.

I give the Saginaw VA 4 stars due to the fact that they have a HORRIBLE unprofessional disrespectful and untrained call center. I’ve had sooooooo many problems with their call center that I’ve been using community care as much as possible to avoid dealing with Aleda E. Lutz. Other than that, I have the purple team taking care of me and they’re on it and squared away.
