I had called a week prior to the appointment, gave them my email, phone number, preferred contact time. The day of rolled around, I called them to double check if they were coming in today. They were not and had not even booked me. The reviews speak for themselves. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and I would avoid using them at all cost. Even when they do show up, you likely will not have any problem solved.

I had a great experience with ALED Technologies. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about their systems. From what I observed, they work quickly and focus on resolving issues without unnecessary delays. Leadership is involved and makes sure details aren’t overlooked, which shows in the quality of their work. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and care about providing solid service, even in challenging conditions.

I’m echoing many of the same negative reviews. A technician initially came out and spent most of the day at our unit without providing any answers or a solution. No one followed up afterward. We had no heat. After persistent outreach on my end, a second technician was sent nearly two weeks later. He was condescending and offered little insight beyond what his computer readings showed. Terrible experience. Use anyone else if you have the choice. They are misleading, slow, overpriced, and unethical.
