I had a great experience with ALED Technologies. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about their systems. From what I observed, they work quickly and focus on resolving issues without unnecessary delays. Leadership is involved and makes sure details aren’t overlooked, which shows in the quality of their work. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and care about providing solid service, even in challenging conditions.

I’m echoing many of the same negative reviews. A technician initially came out and spent most of the day at our unit without providing any answers or a solution. No one followed up afterward. We had no heat. After persistent outreach on my end, a second technician was sent nearly two weeks later. He was condescending and offered little insight beyond what his computer readings showed. Terrible experience. Use anyone else if you have the choice. They are misleading, slow, overpriced, and unethical.

The customer support at this company is very unprofessional. She is not technician at all and made false statement with the proposed fix even without knowing which unit we are. Just try to persuade us to go with the much more expensive option. Completely awful experience.
