My experience was great with Aster and the Custumer service was really helpful.She helped me breakdown all bill inquiries helped me set up e billing and other technical issues were resolved
although the lady on the phone was VERY nice I am disappointed that because I have net metering my bills come every 3 or 4 months due to a Glitch in their system- I do proactively pay monthly but this is frustrating
