although the lady on the phone was VERY nice I am disappointed that because I have net metering my bills come every 3 or 4 months due to a Glitch in their system- I do proactively pay monthly but this is frustrating
The Tesla superchargers have been lying dormant on Woodlawn road for over a year. The only blocker? Guelph Hydro. 🙄
I recently got a bill that was for 4 months and it was close to a $1000 and I did not see a generation credit(have solar panels) applied. When I spoke to representative, she said there was a glitch in the system and final bill was adjusted for the credit even though it is not shown explicitly and bill will be available every month moving forward. Since then it has been 2 months and I don't see anything. I guess I will be paying $1000 every 4 months or so from now on!!!
