I’ve been working out at Aleck Pain to Performance for almost a month. I couldn’t be happier. The staff is always friendly, motivating, and caring about how your body is feeling before and during and recovering after your workout. I’ve recently had a heart procedure and Brandon, the trainer, has been hands on in every group session. Dr. Aleck and the staff there are amazing. Dr. has helped me with aches and pains sure but with his nutrition plan and work outs there I am back to my old new self and 30 lbs lighter. !!! Yay!
Dr. Aleck helped alleviate neck and shoulder pain that I had for years in only a few sessions. He also helped speed up the recovery time for a calf strain that I had. He listens attentively and is extremely knowledgeable. Can’t recommend him enough. He has truly been a lifesaver!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Aleck! I had been dealing with ongoing neck issues and was struggling to find relief.
