This place is so close by to me and I thought that it’s super great and convenient but I had nothing but negative experiences with them. Other than the one doctor that I have seen maybe twice and performed my d & c for my miscarriages all the other staff and all barely seeing the doctor just felt dismissive. For my follow up I was expecting on talking to the doctor but it was a PA and the actual follow up was less than five minutes. I absolutely love Dr Giovinazzo. She is an incredible doctor. I feel so safe and comfortable under her care. Dr G. delivered both of my babies and now will deliver my third. She is so honest and kind. Highly recommend. The best doctor!
IT IS SO UNFORTUNATE THAT MEDICAL OFFICES THINK THEIR TIME IS MORE VALUABLE THAN THEIR PATIENTS'. Today was supposed to be my daughter's first ever visit to a gynecologist (and I mentioned this to reception), which I'm sure every girl is somewhat anxious about. I specifically made an appointment with the Dr, not the nurses and we arrived just before our appointment time. We waited for about an hour just in the waiting room.
