I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience here has been beyond frustrating. Since moving out of my suite rental, I’ve been trying to get in contact with management about my security deposit—which I was told would be returned within 30 days. It’s now past that point, and I’ve received zero communication back, despite multiple emails. Ellen Edwards, who I’ve been emailing directly, has not responded to a single message. Alea properties and Albert has always been great people to work with
I’ve been renting from them since August 2023. When I moved in the building next to them they were empty but now there is so many businesses here. Albert is great and he responds quickly if there is any issues but I haven’t had any. The suites are nicely updated with beautiful flooring. I love my suite and the building! I highly recommend!!

Robert Edward (Pres & CEO of Alea Properties) put me into an office space in September of 2016 that was owned by Alea Properties. Within 1 month of opening my business the facility was shut down because it was not up to fire code. It has now been over 30 days since this issue occurred and I have still not received my security deposit back nor have I received my rent that I should have never paid for the month of November 2016.
