Rodrigo Olmedo, Chef Owner of "Ale'Roma Cucina", started his culinary career back in 1982 at "Ferrantelli Ristorante" in San Juan Capristano. He became a Sous Chef at "Ferrantelli" new location in Dana Point in 1987 under the supervision of many Italian Chefs that come from the Old Country to bring the Italian flavors to the West Coast.
