Alejandra at Alè Colín Hair Studio in Redondo Beach did a beautiful dimensional blonde highlights and a layered haircut two weeks ago. Very disappointing experience – unprofessional and disrespectful. I had my hair cut by this stylist before, so she already knew my hair type and thickness (she usually charges extra because my hair is thick). Before booking my hair coloring appointment, I specifically texted her to confirm how long the service would take. She clearly told me 2–2¼ hours, and I scheduled my day based on that.
