I have heard a few negative stories about this company, but I experienced it first hand today. I scheduled an appointment to see a rental duplex and the man, Kevin, was very rude. The duplex was small and after seeing it, I wasn’t interested in renting it anyway, but no one should be treated poorly. I’m sure my race was the main reason for his negative demeanor and condescending tone. Please take a look at the race of the people who left the positive reviews. So, be mindful of trying to rent or do business with this company.
We had a fantastic experience working with Michael White on finding a home in Greenville. Mike went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule for showings, and always made us feel like he was part of the family. He really did have our best interests in mind during touring and closing, and was a great knowledge base for us to bounce questions off of during the whole process. We would definitely love to work with Mike again!
Our realtor Cody Rountree was the ABSOLUTE BEST! I can’t find the words to describe how incredible and simply amazing he was in helping us sell our home. Cody Rountree was our agent and I couldn’t have asked for any one better! We are first time home buyers and did not know the first thing about the process. Cody was very patient and answered all of our question we had. Very knowledgeable and honest! He was always early to showings and to closing. Kept us in the loop with what was on the market and the process of buying our home! Down to earth and kind! I don't know what else you would want from a realtor!
