David, I did want to follow up with you personally. To be honest, I am not at all happy with our recent experience on June 3, 2025 and here is why: 1. October 2018 we purchased our Mitsubishi Mini-Split from Aldridge Enterprises. 2. It was installed by you. 3. Never once were we informed about “annual maintenance" options. 4. My wife and I purchased our first home in West Jefferson, NC and much to our dismay, we had a broken boiler in the basement. Inspectors didn’t know how to inspect the unit and HVAC companies didn’t know how to fix it. We were referred to Aldridge Enterprises and David walked us through how the boiler is supposed to work, how to maintain the unit, installed a new boiler unit, and even fixed a few other things in our home.
