We had a very good experience with Brittany Peterson, but another reviewer says she left the practice so I won't bump up for her. The office is a complete mess. 1) You can walk in and sit there for 15 minutes before someone notices you're there even though there's a bit sign that says "DON'T TAP ON GLASS" so you're forbidden from getting their attention while they ignore the waiting room. 2) I called one evening to set up an appointment for the morning because I had been feeling sicker and sicker for quite a few days in a ro... read more

Although the wait time is a little longer than I would like it to be, I feel it is well worth it for the individual attention you receive from the Doctor. The front office receptionist always greets you with a smile. Even though Heather may be busy with many different things at once, she will always see that you are attended to. Rileta is the best MA I have ever seen. She is sweet and has never hurt me when taking my blood. If you don't mind waiting for good medical care, I highly recommend Dr. Aldrich.
