Amazing contractor and a pleasure to work with!
If you want clear communication for your remodel, hire another builder. There were many issues. A four month remodel took nine months. The builder has ghosted all communication after ten months. Neither the owner, designer, nor engineer were consulted during the remodel for questions related to approved plans. Eg. when asked about progress on a planned support post removal, answers changed multiple times with variable accuracy. The post remains.
