Late in the afternoon, I had a smart thermostat AC emergency during a heat wave. Al got back to me very quickly and talked me through the problem and within 15 minutes the AC was up and running! A really nice guy who knows his stuff! Highly recommend.
I had a great experience with Aldo HVAC installing a heat pump in my office. The team was extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the job exactly as promised. The installation was smooth and well organized, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Aldo HVAC to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC service.
Did not complete the job, tech said they would call to schedule a return visit and that never happened. Just be transparent and say you can’t help us.
I scheduled a technician visit with Aldo's to diagnose an A/C balancing issue in a new home. (They did not install the system.) The visit was a sham: the technician looked at the A/C unit, didn't see the dampers, and because the ducts were behind the walls, said there was nothing he could do. He communicated this "walls, nothing I can do" using Google Translate on his phone, from (Brazilian) Portuguese to English, because he did not speak any English, not even those words.
