I had a great experience with Aldo HVAC installing a heat pump in my office. The team was extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the job exactly as promised. The installation was smooth and well organized, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Aldo HVAC to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC service.
Did not complete the job, tech said they would call to schedule a return visit and that never happened. Just be transparent and say you can’t help us.
I scheduled a technician visit with Aldo's to diagnose an A/C balancing issue in a new home. (They did not install the system.) The visit was a sham: the technician looked at the A/C unit, didn't see the dampers, and because the ducts were behind the walls, said there was nothing he could do. He communicated this "walls, nothing I can do" using Google Translate on his phone, from (Brazilian) Portuguese to English, because he did not speak any English, not even those words. Aldo's has installed and been maintaining my HVAC system for several years now. They are a great company, very professional and experts at what they do. Very responsive and reliable.
Trustworthy company. Iones came to give me a second opinion on an issue with my HVAC unit. From another large plumbing company, I was quoted a $40k fix to replace the entire system. He came and troubleshot, got into a dusty crawl space, followed the tubing, and found the issue--a kinked plastic tube. NOT THE ENTIRE UNIT. In times when there is price gauging and misinformation, find the people you trust and stay there. Aldo's HVAC has a customer for life.
