I complained about the doors having issues from the start, when they were installed in our new home. Initially, the door would not open and would jam, when opened about halfway. This was due to improper installation of one of the panels. The lower panel was protruding approximately 1.5 - 2 inches further out than the one above and would jam. I complained to no avail.
