Tech overcharged for a service and did not itemize
We have been with Aldons for well over 20 years. They are very professional and have always gone out of their way to provide their excellent service as fast as possible. They stand by their work and have always been up front and honest. Everyone from the owners to the techs have been incredible. I highly recommend them. They are a wonderful company.
After hurricane Irma my AC died. . I had another company (Air Current) come over and they replaced 2 capacitors in the outdoor unit. ($265) That tech said I must of taken a huge electrical hit to completely fry the capacitors. The unit then worked but immediately had sporadic problems. I called Air current 3 times but they did not return my calls. Air Current states they have a service guarantee. Wrong! Then I called Aldons. They sent the tech over immediately, great response time.
