If I could give less than one star I would. I’m still waiting on my security deposit. The paper work says it can take up to 30 days to receive. I was informed my check was mailed November 20. That was over three weeks ago. It wouldn’t take three weeks to arrive to me in the mail. The actual Aldon office doesn’t answer the phone and the voicemail is full ( convenient). I have never dealt with a management company so neglectful and dismissive. I provided pictures, videos, and a detailed outline of the compensation needed to replace my furniture, clothing, and other items ruined by a serious mold infestation. Despite acknowledging the issue, they ultimately did nothing. They refused to remediate the mold, refused to move me to a safe unit, and denied any meaningful action to protect my health or belongings. Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with.
I sympathize and empathize with anyone that lived at the Glens of Battery Lane. I was the property manager and they not only didn’t care about their residents, they didn’t care about their employees either. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience at Aldon Management and the recent sales process. Despite my openness, I faced deception and dishonesty upon returning from medical leave and it all feels like retaliation.
