I have never dealt with a management company so neglectful and dismissive. I provided pictures, videos, and a detailed outline of the compensation needed to replace my furniture, clothing, and other items ruined by a serious mold infestation. Despite acknowledging the issue, they ultimately did nothing. They refused to remediate the mold, refused to move me to a safe unit, and denied any meaningful action to protect my health or belongings. I sympathize and empathize with anyone that lived at the Glens of Battery Lane. I was the property manager and they not only didn’t care about their residents, they didn’t care about their employees either. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience at Aldon Management and the recent sales process.
