This Doctor never listed to me. She was more concerned about her computer. She asked me questions that did not pertain to me more of my Family and son of which I was there for me. I get very bad panic attacks and had one when I got home and that Friday. Find someone else do not go to here. I WISHED I WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT!
I was admitted to the hospital through the emergency room. Dr Austin came to my room a couple of times and went over everything that he was going to do in the surgery. He was very professional and had great bedside manners. In the operating room he seemed to be very thorough as he did the procedure. My family was very pleased with him after surgery as he was very infiormative as to what he had done and found. Dr. Ilarde is a very thorough and caring physician. She is always responsive. I think she is an excellent doctor.
I completed all the paperwork in advance, had reports and scans from others with me, arrived early and saw Dr. Cross. She was very pleasant, listened patiently and offered answers to my questions. I feel confident with her abilities. Considering the long wait times for neurologists, I feel lucky to have gotten an appointment so quickly and it worked out smoothly.
I went in for a regular annual checkup. During the visit, I had asked her for her opinion on some pain I was experiencing to which she couldn't provide any input other than refer me to another doctor. She would not give me my lab test order (which is part of the normal checkup) that day and said I would have to make another appointment, which would be another doctor visit bill. Never got to meet Dr. Cross. Appointment was scheduled several months back. Then received an unsigned and undated notice that I had been "postponed" until further notice. Very unprofessional and insulting! No way we would now use her services, people skills are missing.
She seems to be more interested in looking at her computer than in listening to my concerns. She did not listen when I described my symptoms and failed to get an appointment for me with a local specialist.
