I have been taking my 3 daughter's here for about 7 years now. And I have not had any issues with the receptionist or scheduling appointments. Dr. Erika Nelson is great and really takes the time to listen to every concern. Dr.Chaluparambil, has also taken good care of my girls.
The front staff are the rudest.
Mis hijas an estado con el doctor desde que nacieron pero el servicio a empeorado mucho las chicas de la reacción son groseras todos los años traigo formas a llenar y ahora resulta que se cobran y la asistente me dijo que siempre se an cobrado entonces hacen cobros sin autorización y a escondidas sin que los familiares de los pacientes nos demos cuenta
I have taken my kiddos here since birth. The service here has gotten worse as the years go by. No one ever answers. I usually don’t leave reviews but wow, this clinic warrants a review. Last time I had to call and request for them to prescribe my son an inhaler for his low oxygen levels because they completely failed to acknowledge it at his appointment. Now with My last baby I literally drive 30 min to children’s hospital in fannin to get her vaccines and check ups. This clinic is not worth the head ache.
