Dr. Bejarano is amazing. We’ve been bringing our children here for 12 years now. Sadly, the people whom he employs are giving his practice a bad rep. The girls there are rude, no regard for peoples time, they never honor appointments, always leave you on hold for an extended amount of time. If you can’t trust them with a simple appointment, how can you possibly trust them with your children’s well being? Ridiculous. Las asistentes son buenas ellas solo hacen lo que se les piden pero desde que yo he estado en estados unidos nunca antes me habían cobrado una copia de la tarjeta de vacunas el costo eran 50 centavos por dos son un dólar pero no tenía efectivo entonces me cobraron un dólar por el proceso cuando por el proceso son de 10 a 15 centavos más de 2.5 a 2.9 por ciento del monto total serían 17.5 a 18 centavos en tila y me cobraron dos dólares y todavía me dicen que de todas formas yo no pago nada por el madicaid y nos daña entender ... read more
Horrible Horrible service!!!! They have a guy answering the phone who, to begin with, doesn't know how to answer professionally. He just puts you on hold for 20 minutes or more, never knows anything, and doesn't answer any questions. Every time I ask something, he puts me on hold. It's frustrating just to call and know there's no one trained to take a call. Another thing is that the girls at the office don't communicate with each other and are always lost. I've been going here for 11 years and since my 2nd child (5yrs) staff is different very rude. We get placed on hold for over 10minutes. They could never refer me to anyone when my son needed extra help for speech delay. Staff is not the original one. Even if you do an appointment they still take so long while waiting and in the room. Thinking of changing pediatrician
