I've been going here for 11 years and since my 2nd child (5yrs) staff is different very rude. We get placed on hold for over 10minutes. They could never refer me to anyone when my son needed extra help for speech delay. Staff is not the original one. Even if you do an appointment they still take so long while waiting and in the room. Thinking of changing pediatrician
I took my daughter today because I told them the reason for our visit was that she haves the flu she started Saturday evening and went today tuesday, paid cash for consult and flu exam which I had told them she had the flu already and after 10 mins came out positive they told me and also told me they cant give her nothing for the flu bc is just a flu and past the second day since she gotten it. My Kids have been coming since 2004, Dr. Bejarrano is Great. I was reading reviews and I once had. A problem with one of the nurses but when I was with the doctor I addressed my concerns and he apologized and I never had any issues again. I would suggest to let the doctor know the way his nurses are acting. They have done referrals for medical reasons and they were very helpful many times. I recommend them.
I feel so frustrated… was attending this clinic for more than 14 years.. So many changes… the receptionist is so rude; her name’s Ashley well; I’m not sure if is the real name.. But she was on the front; attending the calls..
