No proper patient care Visited clinic and dr want to do test, after all the test is done they said will call back and let us know. After that there is no call, all of a sudden one fine morning after 10 days received a call from dr’s office stating that we have a medicine prescribed and want us to pick it up from my medical shop. I’ve been a patient here for a while and, overall, the doctors and staff have taken good care of me. I left a negative review after a frustrating visit because of a long wait. But looking back, I wanted to update this to be fair. The front desk team is always kind and helpful, and I’ve chosen to stay with this practice. Thank you to the whole team for your care and dedication.
Absolutely unacceptable. I booked an 8 a.m. nurse appointment for a simple shot, showed up on time, and was told there were two people ahead of me even though the office opens at 8. That makes no sense. Every visit. Same story. Long waits, poor scheduling, zero respect for patients’ time. Patients have jobs and responsibilities. This office wastes your time. I’m done. Not recommended.
I had one of the worst experiences at this clinic with Dr. Mahil Jeet. I went to the clinic about 6 months ago, and when I finally saw her, she spent less than 4 minutes with me. She barely answered my questions properly and rushed out of the room while I was still trying to speak.
