I recently switched dental offices due to my original office no longer accepting my dental insurance. At the same time I chipped my back molar and was in need of emergency dental care. The ladies at the front desk were kind, professional, and treated me like I had been a longtime client. Dr. K is clearly invested in patient education and health first and foremost. I appreciate how well she explained my treatment plan to me and didn't perform work just for the sake of performing work. The office is very clean, the technology is modern, and the staff are all very friendly!
The dentist was thorough and took the time to walk me through everything, answering all my questions with patience. I really appreciated how gentle and attentive they were taking care of my daughter, it made the visit completely stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care. Definitely a 5-star experience!
I had an outstanding experience at the Aldie Family Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The office is clean, modern, and very well organized.
I regret not reading the one-star reviews before booking. My experience felt like being on an assembly line rather than in a medical office. While the doctor was working on my teeth, she was constantly discussing other patients’ billing and insurance issues with her staff, which felt incredibly unprofessional and distracting. More concerningly, I’ve had persistent pain since my routine fillings.
